THE GYM

Established over 25 years ago the Impact Academy is a fully equiped gym with two large training floors. We have male and female changing rooms as well as a Pro-Shop.

The first floor not only has a matted area but also has diverse training equipment including heavy bags, wooden dummies and tyres. We focus this floor on the Jeet Kune Do and Southeast Asian Martial Arts.

The second floor is a dedicated matted room with a full length padded wall and soon to be fully caged safety walls. Here we focus mainly on the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Submission Wrestling, Muay Thai and MMA training. We also have heavy bags and crash mats.

On the second floor we also have Olympic bars and plates, dumbells and kettlebells.
